The apartment is equipped as a home rather than just a basic holiday apartment, so everything for your comfort and convenience is here. Holiday accommodation of this standard with a high street package tour company would be very expensive even assuming you could find it. Since these photographs of the apartment were taken, another armchair has been added to the lounge. The kitchen is fully kitted out with a comprehensive range of pots, pans and utensils and not forgetting the all-important corkscrew for those bottles of Rioja.

Additionally, a beach brolly, windbreak, picnic coolbox and bats for beach games are provided for those excursions to the golden sands of Carabassi Beach.

The archway means that even if you are "slaving in the kitchen", you are not cut off from the activity in the rest of the living area.


Both the bedrooms have ceiling fans to provide a flow of air to ensure a comfortable nights sleep in the hottest weather and the air-conditioning means it's not just blowing hot air around. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a safe to keep your valuables/expensive cameras if required. A travel cot is also provided for very young guests. (N.B. Cot bedding is not provided)


The view from the balcony, which gets the morning and late evening sun, is of the mountains to the northwest of Alicante town. Tall people can glimpse a thin sliver of the sparkling mediterranean over the rooftops.

This is the pool and jacuzzi available for guests from April to October, with ample sunbathing space on the terraced lawns overlooking the mountains and the sea. The sea, of course, is open all the year round.

The apartment also benefits from an underground parking garage, so your hire car won't be cooking in the hot sun.
