The accommodation is well laid out with two bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms.
The lounge has a convertible sofa bed plus two armchairs and coffee table. There are also a few books and an assortment of board games. The apartment is also equipped with a TV/DVD player, playstation and a music centre, so bring your favourite tapes/CD's/ DVD's.
The well equipped kitchen which has both fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave with grill, has a large arched opening with a shelf from which to serve meals.
The utility room has an automatic washing machine. An electric iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided. This really is a "home from home" with everything you might need. This is not the the "three plates, two mugs and a kettle" setup that passes for self-catering acomodation that you get with some holiday tour operators.
The property has double glazing and shutters on all the windows and is also equipped with air-conditioning. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms provide a gentle flow of air to ensure a pleasant nights sleep however hot the weather. For those winter season breaks there are two electric heaters if the nights get a bit cool.
