Situated just south of the vibrant city of Alicante, off the N332 and a ten minute taxi ride from the airport ( but away from the flight path! )in the stylish area of Gran Alacant, the apartment is ideally located for that relaxing holiday of sun, sand, sangria and anything else that starts with the letter 's'.
Eleven hundred metres away is the unspoilt and gently shelving Playa del Carabassi beach backed by sand dunes and a few pine trees, a lazy twenty five or brisk fifteen minute walk. If that all seems just too much effort then you have a pool and jacuzzi plus a childrens pool area which is for the exclusive use of the residents of this prestigious community. There is also a residents recreation area with a tennis court and swings for children or space to just sit and watch the world go by.
Very close to the apartment is the "Novamar Centro" which has an ice cream parlour, bank, cafeteria, bakery and a small bar which has a karaoke evening in high season, with another commercial centre a couple of hundred metres further on with shops, bars and restaurants. Within easy reach is the historic town of Elche with its extensive palm gardens, whilst the internationally renowned golf courses of La Manga, just one of the many courses in the area, the glitz of Benidorm and the white knuckle rides of Terra Mitica are less than an hour's drive away.
